 Warranty 1. Chinadrip Irrigation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter refers to Chinadrip) agrees formally either to replace any defective component or to repair any defect that is responsibility of Chinadrip , such as defects on manufacture or raw materials provided that the buyer informs Chinadrip about the defects in a maximum period of one year from the delivery date. Once the period had expired, either refunds or claims due to this reason will not be accepted.   2.This warranty will not cover any defects caused by following: A: This warranty will not cover any defects that results either from a wrong installation of the products or a failure to operate the products. And in general, this warranty will not cover any other kind of irregularity beyond the operation of the products. B: This warranty will not cover the damage caused by installation in improper place or condition, such as those caused by insect bite, obstruction of dripper, higher pressure than recommended, or those caused by inadequate electric tension, water quality, acidic environment, chemical liquid, bacteria and algae effect so on. C: This warranty will not cover the damage caused by installation without necessary and proper protection, such as those caused by installation without filtration protection, vacuum protection, water hammer protection, pressure protection and power protection so on. D: This warranty will also not cover the damage caused by accident or force majeure, such as those caused by floods, landslides, lightning, freezing cold, geological changes, as well as strikes, riots, wars or other human factor.   3. Chinadrip will be allowed to check the defects caused by the purchaser by the means that may be considered appropriate, in any case and previously. The purchaser is not allowed to obstruct the proceeding of the staff authorized by Chinadrip for verifying the fact.   4. Chinadrip is committed only to replace or repair the defective products, and will assume the resulting direct cost, such as transport charges, handling fee etc, and will not bear the indirect resulting cost, such as installation cost, deferred lost income, agricultural cut loss etc.
