Pressure Reducing Valve (With Manual Three-way Valve) 2" BSP/NPT

Technical Data:

·Size: 2" (Dn50), 3" (Dn80), 4" (Dn 100).

·Connection: Threaded / Flange.

·Working Pressure : 0.35-10bar (5-145psi).

·Max pressure: 10Bar / 145Psi.

·Highest working temperature: 60 °C.

Application:

Suitable to be installed in Main line or Sub Line to avoid the following drip syestem or mircosprinkler

system to damage by high pressure

Working Pressure ： 0.35-10bar (5-145psi).

Pressure Adjusting Range: 0.8-6.5bar (11-95psi).

Connecting Mode: Female Thread/ Clamping /Flange

How to operate:

1. Installed this valve to Pipe line according to the arrow pointed to inlet and outlet. O-Ring should be used if installed with flange.

2. Ensure all connectors & adaptors are well tighten and no leakage. Or should be fixed again 

3. Operating:

   a. Turn the Three Way Control Valve to "AUTO".

   b. Install a Pressure Gauge at the outlet of pressure reducing valve.

   c. Loose the Locking Nut at the top of Pilot.

   d. Adjust the Screw until the pressure up to requirement.

   e. Tighen Locking Nut.

4. For closing Valve, turn the Three Way Control Valve to "CLOSE".
